- Senior Technical Assistant (Documentation): Degree in Library Science from a recognized university or equivalent.
- Assistant Research Officer (Humanity Group): Master’s Degree in Behavioal Science/Economics/Statistics/Demography/Operation Research/Management Science etc. of a recognized university or equivalent.
- Technical Assistant (Press): Higher Secondary or equivalent from a recognized board.
