๐ Essential Qualification & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Library Science / Library & Information Science with minimum 55% marks
- Degree obtained through regular mode with consistently good academic record as per UGC norms
- Minimum 10 years experience as:
- Librarian in a University Library OR
- Assistant/Associate Professor in Library Science OR
- College Librarian
- Evidence of innovative library services, publications and professional contribution
- Experience in computerization of library systems
⭐ Desirable Qualification
- Ph.D. in Library Science / Library & Information Science / Documentation / Archiving
- Experience in reputed academic/research institute library
- Minimum 3 years experience at Pay Level-11 or equivalent
